 NASA’s PESTO program provides seeds that have been in space to be experimented with by students . https://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/research/design_challenge.html

The seeds are, veritably, BURSTING through the pods! Bet they’d be terrific sauteed with some garlic!
